felbit Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Verification

This page covers everything your felbit account needs on the money side — adding funds, pulling out winnings and completing identity verification before your first withdrawal. You will find GCash, InstaPay and Bank Transfer available inside the Cashier section of your account; each one is listed the moment you tap Deposit or Withdraw after login.

ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

felbit Account Verification Before Your First Withdrawal

Verification is a one-time step that protects your account from unauthorised withdrawal attempts. We check that the name on your account matches the name on your registered GCash, Maya or bank account — this is the single most common source of withdrawal holds, and clearing it early keeps your balance moving freely. The process happens inside Account Settings, under the Identity tab. Once your documents clear, the verified badge stays on your profile permanently. Submitting clear, unedited images moves the review forward faster.

  • Valid Government ID

Upload a clear photo of any Philippine government-issued ID — passport, PhilSys card, driver's licence or UMID. The name must match your felbit account registration exactly.

  • Selfie with ID

Hold your ID beside your face and take a single photo in good light. We use this to confirm the ID belongs to you, not a scanned copy from someone else.

  • Wallet Name Match

Your GCash or bank account name must match your felbit profile name. A mismatch is the most common reason a withdrawal is held — fix it in Account Settings before you request a payout.

  • Verification Status

Your current verification state is shown on the Account Settings page after login. A green badge means all checks are clear. A pending badge means your documents are still under review.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment Channels Inside Your felbit Cashier

The Cashier section of your account lists every payment channel available to you at the moment you log in. Availability can shift based on your account region and verification status, so the list you see after login is the accurate one. We support three primary channels for Philippines accounts: GCash for wallet-to-wallet transfers, InstaPay for real-time bank network moves, and Bank Transfer for direct account deposits.

  • GCash

Link your GCash number to your felbit account inside the Cashier. Deposits go from your GCash wallet balance to your felbit balance. The same GCash number must be used for withdrawals to match your verified wallet.

  • InstaPay

InstaPay connects your felbit account to any participating Philippine bank in real time. Select your bank from the InstaPay list shown in Cashier, enter the amount and confirm. The transfer follows the InstaPay network schedule.

  • Bank Transfer

Direct bank transfers are accepted from major Philippine banks. The Cashier will display the receiving account details and a reference number you must include in the transfer memo so we can match it to your account.

Depositing Funds Into Your felbit Account
ADDING FUNDS

Depositing Funds Into Your felbit Account

Your felbit balance is funded from the Cashier tab, which sits in the top navigation bar after login. The deposit flow is short: pick a payment channel, enter an amount within the limits shown on screen, confirm, and the transaction is sent. GCash deposits move from your wallet balance; InstaPay and Bank Transfer pull from your linked bank account. One detail worth noting — always copy the reference number the Cashier generates for Bank Transfer deposits and paste it into your bank's transfer memo field. Without it, our system cannot automatically credit your account and a manual review will be needed.

  • Open the Cashier

Log in to your felbit account and tap the Cashier icon in the top navigation bar. The page lists all available deposit channels for your account.

  • Select Your Channel

Choose GCash, InstaPay or Bank Transfer. The screen updates to show the minimum and maximum deposit amounts, and any fields specific to that channel.

  • Enter and Confirm

Type the amount you want to deposit — it must fall within the limits shown — and tap Confirm. For Bank Transfer, copy the reference number displayed and include it in your bank transfer memo.

  • Check Your Balance

Once the payment is processed by your chosen channel, your felbit balance updates automatically. You can see the credited amount under Transaction History in your account.

REQUESTING PAYOUTS

Withdrawing Your Balance Back to Your Wallet or Bank

Withdrawals move your felbit balance back to the GCash wallet, InstaPay-linked bank or Bank Transfer account registered on your profile. The withdrawal form is also inside the Cashier tab — tap Withdraw instead of Deposit and the same channel list appears. Your account must have a verified identity badge before a withdrawal request can be submitted; if it is still pending, the Withdraw button will show a prompt directing you to the verification page in Account Settings.

  • Open Withdraw in Cashier

Log in and go to Cashier, then tap Withdraw. Select GCash, InstaPay or Bank Transfer — the same channel your funds were deposited from is usually the quickest match.

  • Enter the Amount

Type the withdrawal amount. It must be at or above the minimum shown on screen and cannot exceed your available balance. The Cashier will flag amounts outside these bounds before you confirm.

  • Complete Verification Check

If your account identity is not yet verified, you will be directed to Account Settings to upload your ID before proceeding. Verified accounts skip this step and go straight to confirmation.

  • Track Request Status

After submitting, go to Transaction History to see the current status of your withdrawal — Pending, Processing or Completed. If the status has not changed, contact our support team with your request reference number.

TRANSACTION MATCHING

Matching Your Wallet Record to Your felbit Account History

Every payment you make through GCash, InstaPay or Bank Transfer generates a reference number on both sides — one in your external wallet or bank app, and one inside your felbit Transaction History. Keeping both in sync is the fastest way to resolve a discrepancy without waiting for a support review. The Transaction History page shows each entry with a status label, a timestamp and an internal reference number.

  • Reference Number

Every felbit transaction has an internal reference number shown in Transaction History. Your bank or GCash app generates its own reference for the same transfer. Keep both — they are the primary evidence if a deposit needs manual matching.

  • Status Labels

Transaction History uses three status labels: Pending (request received, not yet processed), Processing (sent to the payment network) and Completed (credited or disbursed). If a status has been Pending for longer than the channel's normal window, contact support.

  • Account History Page

The Account History page inside your felbit profile is the definitive record of all deposits and withdrawals. Entries are listed by date and time, with the channel, amount and status shown for each. Screenshot this page if you are raising a dispute.

  • Evidence to Keep

Save your GCash transfer confirmation, bank transfer receipt or InstaPay notification until your felbit balance reflects the deposit. For Bank Transfer, also save proof that your memo included the reference number — this is the most common missing piece in manual reviews.

How We Protect Your Transactions and Account
ACCOUNT SAFEGUARDS

How We Protect Your Transactions and Account

Every deposit and withdrawal on your felbit account goes through identity and ownership checks designed to keep your balance secure. We match payout destinations against your verified name, flag transactions that do not originate from your registered device, and route all Cashier activity through an encrypted connection. If anything looks out of place — a login from an unfamiliar location or a payout request to an unlinked wallet — our system holds the transaction for review before processing it. The safest thing you can do on your end is keep your account credentials private and verify your identity early, before you need a withdrawal in a hurry.

  • Domain and Connection Check

Always access felbit through felbit. The Cashier and account settings pages run over an encrypted connection — check your browser address bar for the lock icon before entering any account detail or payment information.

  • Identity Verification Gate

We require a government-issued ID and selfie match before releasing any withdrawal. This step cannot be bypassed. It is the primary control that prevents an unauthorised party from redirecting your balance.

  • Wallet Ownership Check

Withdrawals are sent only to a GCash, InstaPay or Bank Transfer account registered in your own name. Third-party payouts are not processed — this protects you from social-engineering attempts asking you to redirect a withdrawal to another number or account.

  • Support Contact Path

If you receive a transaction you did not initiate, or if your account shows activity you do not recognise, contact our support team immediately through the Help channel in your account menu. Do not attempt to reverse a transaction yourself — report it first.

BANKING QUESTIONS

Common Questions About felbit Deposits and Withdrawals

Below are the banking questions we hear most often from accounts in the Philippines. If your question is not answered here, open the Help channel from your account menu and a member of our support team will respond with the specifics of your account situation.

Which payment methods can I use to deposit into my felbit account?

Your felbit Cashier shows GCash, InstaPay and Bank Transfer as available deposit channels for Philippines accounts. The exact options visible to you depend on your account region and verification status — check the Cashier after login for the live list.

What is the minimum deposit amount for GCash on felbit?

The minimum deposit amount for each channel is displayed inside the Cashier at the time you select it. We do not publish a fixed universal minimum here because amounts are set per account tier. Open the Cashier and select GCash to see the figure that applies to you.

Why has my deposit not appeared in my felbit balance?

For GCash and InstaPay, check whether your wallet app shows a completed transfer confirmation. For Bank Transfer, confirm your memo included the felbit reference number. If your wallet shows Completed but your felbit balance has not updated, contact support with your external reference number from the wallet or bank app.

How do I complete identity verification before withdrawing?

Go to Account Settings, then the Identity tab. Upload a clear photo of a Philippine government-issued ID and a selfie holding the same ID. The name on your ID must match your felbit account name exactly. Your verification status is shown on that same page after submission.

Can I withdraw to a GCash number that is different from the one I used to deposit?

No. Withdrawals go only to the account or wallet registered in your verified name. If you need to update your linked GCash number, contact our support team through the Help channel in your account menu before submitting a withdrawal request.

What should I do if my withdrawal has been in Pending status for a long time?

Check Transaction History first to confirm the status label. If the request shows Pending beyond a period that feels unusually long, open the Help channel in your account menu and share the internal reference number from Transaction History. Our team will check the status and update you.
